Very disappointing Service!

This App is useless as the buses are never on time. The time is wrong, the bus tracker shows the wrong location of the bus! Im taking about bus 123 Local South Beach. How difficult it to get simple things right?? The bus has a WiFi, has a tracker and a log just need someone who want to do their job and fix this issue so people who pay for the service could actually get one! I dont believe anyone is interested in fixing the issue or care to fix it (typical government services). This malfunction has been going on for over a year. Very disappointed
