Not Accurate . It just an estimated time ladies and gentleman

Ive been taking the bus for 10 years and when I hear about this app I actually downloaded the app and gave it a try .... When I seen the times bus suppose I founded cool but come to find out bus will usually come 20 minutes late or sometimes will be there before the time the app was giving. After calling customer service and asking them about the app is really an estimate time that the bus suppose to come . So that being said people please dont have your hopes high for this app.
