Very well done.

I have been taking the bus 1 to Aventura Mall and I dont know if its the bus driver or this app but Ive been waiting for buses at this apps given schedules and regardless I get late to work. Right now for example Im waiting for the bus yet once again and I came 40 minutes early! And the bus suppose to pass at 2:57 pm And guess what? Im going to be late to work again!!

Nice app for the bus

Good use for Metrorail because of GPS and increased frequency of trains. Horrible for Metrobus because its unreliable. If there was more train lines and service, South Florida would be world class, but this is severely lacking and transport to the Beach from the airport is a nightmare.

This app needs some major work! You cant load the cards so what good is it on the go. Nothing fits correctly on the screen correctly, you cant scroll down, you cant minimize/ shrink the screen so that you can hit the accept button or even read everything on the screen. This app is horrible. Dont waste your time downloading it until its fixed .

I love it! Its my life tracker. I just cant find the trolls section to track it.

The busses are never on time the app gives the wrong info app is just a bit disorganized

Never gives alerts when buses are running late and put buses schedules in time they dont pass.

I love how their contact number is always available, and theres always someone on the other and willing to give me direction.

Ive been taking the bus for 10 years and when I hear about this app I actually downloaded the app and gave it a try .... When I seen the times bus suppose I founded cool but come to find out bus will usually come 20 minutes late or sometimes will be there before the time the app was giving. After calling customer service and asking them about the app is really an estimate time that the bus suppose to come . So that being said people please dont have your hopes high for this app.

I use this app occasionally; and when I do, it really informs me of the most useful features a city traveler needs. I can see it has improved since its release. The app can be well-used by everyone; from the daily commuter to the occasional rider.

I would literally be lost without this app! Thank you!

Very useful to plan trips. It keeps me updated on the trains location to calculate time to leave and when will I arrive. It is super!

Very happy with this app. Have been using it for a couple of years now. Must-have resource if you ride Metrorail and/or Metrobus.

As far as the metromover and metrorail is concerned, is fairly accurate. Now as far as the bus, is totally useless. I missed so many buses going by the app. The app would say 5 mins for the bus to arrive and as I was arriving to the stop the bus would be driving by. This happened constantly. Other than that, the app is ok.

Bus GPS tracking system is not linked; scheduled time is what is shown

Tracker doesnt know where busses are, it just shows MDT schedules. And MDT ignores there schedules, so the tracker is useless. The Trip Planner routinely assumes addresses are in another state unless u know the Zip code. I just tried to start at 115th St & 9th Ct, and the app assumed I was starting near MINNEAPOLIS MN !!

I dont live in Miami, and this app. Was easy to use from the get go.

Great startup App! However, It would be nice for this app to be able to manage accounts. Such as: Add a card, upkeep/maintain accounts, edit, reload, and automatic top-up to each Miami-Dade Transit Cards account
