2 stars for accuracy of tracker. Mover & train on point, bus system a disaster. 0 stars for the transit system itself, tracker on point with showing delays. Terrible.

For an application that is supposed to allow you to find locations quickly it doesnt permit you to GPS the nearest metro station or bus bench from a vehicle or if you are walking etc.

The app works just fine, it is easy to navigate and very powerful. But the bus schedule is just an estimate, the service is very unreliable.

App Needs To Be Updated... Very Inaccurate Lately...

I love the idea of the app. Being able to track the schedule of the buses makes life much easier. Its clean and easy to use. I also like the favorites option to make things that much easier for daily users such as myself. However, I find that 9 times out out 10 it is inaccurate. As a safety net I factor in about 10 minutes + or -, but even then you really just dont know. The buses just show up whenever they show up. There have been multiple times where the buses have been up to an hour late making me late to work or scheduled appointments. I know complaining about it will accomplish nothing...trust me Ive tried...this is just more of a heads up to new users. Dont put your trust into the scheduled times. Leave extra early to be safe.

First, rename "bus tracker" to "bus schedule". Then develop a simple GPS implementation that provide users with the REAL time the bus will arrive, and then call that "bus tracker". Thank you.

This is the greatest app I have in my phone. I speak from my experience in the Metro Rail & Metro Mover., I dont know how it is for the buses or other transportation but it is very accurate! I recommend it.

Most of the time unsatisfy, Im not 100% sure if it is the app but when waiting for buses specially the 105E heading to golden glades is always late. Lately I have notice that there is only one driver that is on time but the rest are always 15-20 min late. Overall I think is not the best neither the worse.

This app is useless more often than not. It tells you times of buses and stops. Rarely are the buses run accordingly to the times listed. Worst is they dont update them in real time, so if the bus passed by earlier than the time it should have arrived it wont tell you. Youll have to sit there waiting sometimes 25 min til the next one arrives. So if you think this app is it, it might as well be the paper pamphlets they have at the station. Does about the same for you. MDT is the worst transportation in the USA. So if you have a job that relies on you to be punctual, THIS APP IS NOT THE WAY! * I dont even want to add ONE star to rate this thing but I have no choice*

This app is great when its on point; but when it tells you an estimate and is way off by like an hour and 45 minutes !!! Its kind of annoying ! Some people have places to go to

The times the buses come are rarely accurate. The only bus Ive been on with real time updates so you can track the bus street by street is the 297Max which goes to the airport (no wonder...tourist would love that feature). If buses are delayed it should update that. Once I was waiting on the 35 to come and it said 11 mins left and 12 mins later it went to the next time which was 45 mins. I waited over an hour for that bus because apparently the other had broken down. Same thing happened to me Riding the 104. Besides that my advice to someone riding the bus would be to get there 20-30 mins early. This app is only good for approximation not accuracy.

I think the county doesnt understand meaning of "real-time". I always end up missing mover. I go to station and from a distance I see it already leaving station. I look at app and it says its coming or Times Not Available. I check the real time map and no trains show up.

When the app is up and running it is great. Last couple months the favorites and trip planner only shows half the screen. Log in on computer and it is fine. Fix the app for mobile devices

This App is useless as the buses are never on time. The time is wrong, the bus tracker shows the wrong location of the bus! Im taking about bus 123 Local South Beach. How difficult it to get simple things right?? The bus has a WiFi, has a tracker and a log just need someone who want to do their job and fix this issue so people who pay for the service could actually get one! I dont believe anyone is interested in fixing the issue or care to fix it (typical government services). This malfunction has been going on for over a year. Very disappointed

I have been using this app for just about a month and can confirm it is utterly useless when it comes to tracking buses. The info provided is not updated in realtime. Timing for bus arrival / departure is rarely (less than 10% of the time by my numbers) accurate. Do not count on this app.

5 stars... i love this app, the bus tracker and and train tracker timing are very consistent BELIEVE ME i take these buses every day, and every time i go to work they always on time, (not sure if its because i live like close to dolphin mall or if Im really lucky, could be dumb miami traffic) I rely on this app heavily and Ive been using the bus system for a very long time... So for all the people who think this is a bad app take... please second look at what this app offers for the miami tourists, the people who cant afford a car. Ok yes i agree this system does not compare to the ones elsewhere, but remember the miami transit system is still young, GIVE IT A CHANCE!!!! This transit system is Better than no transit service!!!

Thank you very much for this app. I used this app to get ready and wait on time. This app tells you exactly what time the bus is passing by where you at. You cant miss your bus.
